The following pictures are examples of our powder process: Cleaning the original piece and removing any dust, oils, etc. Then we put the primer on and prebake the item in our oven. Finally, we spray it with your choice of color and bake it. The powder melts to the surface with an end result that looks better than it did when it was new.
